The India international wants to cut down on the mistakes and ensure that they pick full points in their next game against Mumbai City…
Lenny Rodrigues was critical of his performance against Delhi Dynamos as FC Pune City failed to stamp any authority in the midfield.
Although they did manage to pick a crucial point in their first away fixture of the season, Rodrigues believes that there is enough room for improvement.
“I am disappointed with my performance but this is the first match of the tournament. We are happy with the point,” he mentioned.
He added that his team will learn from the mistakes they committed against the Dynamos.
“We will work hard on our mistakes and learn from them before the next game,” he stated.
The former Churchill Brothers midfielder spoke of his admiration for team-mate and World Cup winner David Trezeguet.
“It feels good playing around an international player of his quality. I like him.”
